1. Indigenous Specialty
The Rez Taco (AKA Indian Taco) Our crowd favorite. Thick, fluffy handmade frybread piled high with seasoned ground beef and hearty pinto beans. Topped with shredded cheese, crisp lettuce, and fresh tomatoes.
2. Mexican Favorites
Mexican Favorites Savor our hand-rolled Chicken Enchiladas, made with tender shredded chicken and smothered in signature sauce and melted cheese, or our Deep Fried Taquitos cooked to golden perfection. Complete your event with our signature sides: Extra Half-Trays of Spanish Rice ($20) and Extra Half-Trays of Slow-Simmered Beans ($20) are available to add to any order. For larger groups, we offer our Party Taco Trays ($75)
3. Asian-Inspired Dishes
Choose between our sweet-savory Teriyaki Chicken or ginger-garlic Mongolian Beef. Both entrées are served with a standard portion of fluffy white rice and steamed broccoli. To accommodate extra guests or larger appetites, Extra Half-Trays of White Rice ($20) and Extra Half-Trays of Steamed Broccoli ($25) can be added to your package.
Booking & Service Policy
To ensure a seamless experience and the highest quality of service, half of the total balance is required up front as a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Payment is preferred via Cash or Money Order, though we also offer the convenience of Tap-to-Pay in person. This initial payment secures your date and allows us to begin the preparation and sourcing of fresh ingredients for your event.
For your convenience, we offer full delivery and professional setup for a flat fee of $50, which includes the transportation of your meal and the arrangement of a professional serving area. A 10% service fee is applied to all delivered orders to cover onsite food maintenance and equipment cleanup. Clients are always welcome to choose our complimentary pick-up option to waive all delivery and service fees.
Additional Terms: We also accept Checks and Digital Payments; however, please note that all checks must clear 10 days prior to the scheduled event date.
