Booking & Service Policy

To ensure a seamless experience and the highest quality of service, half of the total balance is required up front as a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Payment is preferred via Cash or Money Order, though we also offer the convenience of Tap-to-Pay in person. This initial payment secures your date and allows us to begin the preparation and sourcing of fresh ingredients for your event.

For your convenience, we offer full delivery and professional setup for a flat fee of $50, which includes the transportation of your meal and the arrangement of a professional serving area. A 10% service fee is applied to all delivered orders to cover onsite food maintenance and equipment cleanup. Clients are always welcome to choose our complimentary pick-up option to waive all delivery and service fees.

Additional Terms: We also accept Checks and Digital Payments; however, please note that all checks must clear 10 days prior to the scheduled event date.

Please be advised that our expertise is focused strictly on the culinary experience; therefore, drinks and eating utensils are not provided.
